Missed your VECO bills? Text to inquire

Receiving our monthly electricity bill from the Visayan Electric Company (VECO) can sometimes cause headache especially if the bill comes in red background, which means it's a disconnection notice. If you haven't paid your VECO bill for two months, then you will surely receive a disconnection notice.

But don't fret. You actually don't have to pay the two months total if you receive the disconnection notice. You can actually just pay the first month's due amount if you really don't have enough money for the bill of two months. But then, expect another disconnection notice next month because your bill will again be a total of two months.  

Anyway, sometimes we can't receive our bill due to various reasons (the server is sick, the bill is lost in the neighbor's care, etc.). Now, we can text VECO to inquire about our current balance. VECO monthly bill can now be accessed through text. To access, simply type

ASKVECO (space) BILL (space) VECO ACCOUNT ID
Example: ASKVECO (space) BILL (space) 1234560000
 and send to:

2327 for Globe/Touch Mobile users
391-8326 for Smart/Talk n Text/Red Mobile users
0922-999-8326 for Sun cellular subscribers

Regular text messaging rates apply, P1.00 for every message sent

  1. HOw about if we would like to inquire if what would be the time and date schedule na puputulan na tayo. lets say for example hindi kapa makabayad before the due date of the disconnection notice? Can we ask for an extension for 2 or 3 days?
