Must-haves for Bisdak Guys

It feels good to smell good.

I always love the feeling of smelling good especially when I am attending a gathering or press conferences. With the kind of job that I have, there are times that I get exposed to direct sunlight and become sweaty so I always see to it that I will never run out of cologne or perfume.

People might say that it is very unusual for guys to bring along cologne or a bottle of perfume inside the bag. Others might even brand me as gay but, lol, I am married with two kids and I never got a crush on Coco Martin or Piolo Pascual. I am a 100 percent bisdak guy.

Missed your VECO bills? Text to inquire

Receiving our monthly electricity bill from the Visayan Electric Company (VECO) can sometimes cause headache especially if the bill comes in red background, which means it's a disconnection notice. If you haven't paid your VECO bill for two months, then you will surely receive a disconnection notice.

But don't fret. You actually don't have to pay the two months total if you receive the disconnection notice. You can actually just pay the first month's due amount if you really don't have enough money for the bill of two months. But then, expect another disconnection notice next month because your bill will again be a total of two months.

Small Business Ideas for All Soul's Day

Yesterday, a neighbor went to the house and asked me if I'd be interested to pour in capital for the small business she had in mind. She said she wants to sell candles during the All Saint's Day and All Soul's Day, which will be taking place in a few days. She asked me if I can lend her the capital to buy candles at the Carbon Public Market so she can sell to neighbors and to those will be visiting the cemetery.

I was immediately sold to the idea so I told her to come back next week so we can map out the details of our "partnership". Selling candles during this season is really a good small business idea especially if you have neighbors or family members who would be willing to peddle the candles around the neighborhood and in cemeteries.

When in Cebu, how do you get a passport?

For two years I have turned down invitations for me to travel abroad for free due to the fact that I didn't have a passport back then. Okay, I'm this type of guy who really doesn't want to fall in long lines and browse elbows with different types of people. I mean, the sight of people lining up at the National Statistics Office (NSO) in MJ Cuenco Avenue and the long and winding line of human beings at the National Bureau of Investigation near the Capitol are really too much to bear for me.

But when I got invited again to travel to Korea for FREE, it finally hit me. It was about time to finally take on the challenge of lining up so I can get a passport.
